Mimi`s Cafe in Rancho Cucamonga

After upland Ca Mimi cafe closed, we started going this one. Service is good and professional. Meal is very good. Mimi's cafe almost always offer buy 1 get 1 free with purchasing drink, it lowers the price a lot for two.The meals are delicious. On 12/10/17, I forgot to take my credit card back, the staff there kept it for three days till i picked up. One word,Nice people, good service.

Lots of comfort food, sausages, steaks, fries, etc., Yum. Nice Drinks. Plenty of Specials, Comfy seats, nice service. They have something for everyone. Sometimes this place is busy, especially on weekends, but the service is still good. Some food are a bit pricey.

Had a wonderful meal at Mimi's. Customer service was exceptional - attentive without hovering. I had the turkey dinner. Delicious. I've had turkey dinners at other similar restaurants, but Mimi's Turkey dinner is the best. I'll be returning to this Mimi's soon.

Mimi's Bistro and Bakery is a casual chain restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. They serve French and American staples in a rustic-inspired setting. The ambience of this place is nice as well as eye catchy. It’s an attractive colorful house. In fact, it’s a favorite place for kids to eat breakfast. Their food is good. In particular, we like their BRIOCHE CHEESEBURGER and CRÈME BRÛLÉE. The price seems okay. Their service is good, the staff is polite and helpful.

We ordered the pot roast and the meatloaf. Both dishes were very tasty and in the right proportions. We bought a bottle of wine that was good but definitely not worth double the retail price from most supermarkets. Their mixed drink liquor prices are actually some of the best I've seen. Next time I will check on the fee for uncorking and will consider bringing our own wine or just having mixed drinks. They are changing a lot of the decor in the restaurant and it looks nice and updated. We shall return to sample more plates.

I've tried to eat at Mimi's multiple times throughout my life and every single time they just don't want to serve me. Either that particular menu item was out so I change the order and the meal took an hour to not arrive before we left or the wrong item was brought out. Or getting an order taken took an hour. But something always goes wrong and I regret yet another attempt to give them my money.Until the next time when I regret my decision to ATTEMPT to eat here. I bid you adieu.

Good customer service and great food

I stopped here with my family to eat lunch before heading off on a road trip. I was looking forward for the bread and butter, but the bread wasn’t toasted. The bread was plain and it wasn’t warm. We ordered the trio of appetizers that comes with 2 grilled chicken skewers, garlic & cheese flatbread, and spinach artichoke dip. The garlic & cheese flat bread was the best out of the three. It was full of flavor and the cheese was melted and not burnt or hard. I ordered the French Creole Pasta that comes with shrimp, chicken, and sausage. It’s mixed with tomato sauce, penne pasta, bell peppers, and onions. I thought it was going to be spicy, but it wasn’t and it tasted delicious. It had Southern flavors, but I didn’t find much chicken in the plate, it only had a little bit. The service was a little slow and it took a while to get our orders in. The food was good but wished the service had been a little better.

I visited as part of a large group of senior friends of my in-laws, about 14 or so, wanting separate checks. The waitress was quick, efficient, patient, attentive and cheerful.There were so many really wonderful choices on the menu that it was difficult to make a decision. I had the French Dip which was good, but the mocha I had with it was awesome. Mimi's has a real espresso bar so the coffee drinks are as good as at your favorite coffee bar. Worth going just for the coffee.

Almost Like a Home Cooked Meal!! During a stay last year in Racho Cucamonga I had the chance to try Mimi's Bistro. I was staying at the Best Western and was looking for someplace close to eat. The front desk at the hotel told me Mimi's was a local favourite. Mimi's is a very cool place, it has a very welcoming feel to it. I was greeted and seated quite fast, and my server recommended the signature soup the Tomato Basil. The soup is very flavourful with good consistency, I really enjoyed it. Since it was later in the evening, I was looking for a meal on the lighter side and decided on the Wood-Grilled Shrimp Brochette Skewers which came with steamed green beans. The meal was perfect, the shrimp was fresh and cooked just right. This is a meal I would have again. Mimi's is a great local spot for food, with great staff and a great ambiance.

LOVE COMING HERE!!! We always get great service! we booked a large party last week of about 40 people or so and the server Michelle was AMMMMAZZZZIINNNG! she brought out our food and didn't ask anyone what the ordered, just put a plate down in front of each of us and I'll be damn if she didn't get it right!!! Now that is true service!

Great food ( blueberries muffin is delicious!), service, the atmosphere is familiar with beautiful decorations, good music, Wendy is awesome kind and friendly, muffins are delicious!!! It was the best breakfast that I have never eaten, the menu has a French-style bakery. Very great attention. I’ll be back soon guys!! They gave me a season muffin! 😍😍😍😍 I loved this Cafe and Wendi attention (I guess that she loves her job)

Went there on a weekday, place was not full. They dont seem to be busy at that time. We stood there for about 15 minutes before the staff acknowledge our presence and walked us to the table. Service was slow. Food is decent.

tl;dr Great atmosphere, good food, and great service. Far better choice than Black Bear.They always update the menu every quarter with new items and house specialties. Although you may miss a favorite, it does keep things fresh and new.Everyone is friendly and welcoming from the host to the waiters. The food is always served hot (if it's supposed to be) and well plated.

Delicious food and exquisite architecture. The building's design is sleek and reminds me of another generation-type thing... if I could say that? But overall, would definitely come and take a taste at all their dining options!

Everything was fresh here. I loved the steak along with the eggs. The orange juice was fresh tasting. Waitress was awesome Alexis.

Mimi’s Bistro & Bakery has been a long time favorite. I had not been in years however, and although the food was a good as I remembered - - I thought the muffins were their claim to fame; and I am pretty sure I recall getting muffins with the meal just as a standard fare. . .you would just order your choice of blueberry; bran; pumpkin spice etc. That is no more! Muffins are still available but you need to specifically order and pay extra. . . I was very disappointed; but even with the absence of that amenity, I would still recommend this establishment to a friend. The family went for breakfast, and I can truly say everything was delicious. . .waffles; crepes; pancakes; quiche; yum, yum, yum; a wonderful way to start any day!

They redecorated. I don't like it. Very cold and it looks naked. It doesn't feel warm and cozy. Food still good. Very busy today.

I've been here twice now. First time I had the pot roast. There were not enough veggies. This time I had some sides. I had to ask for utensils and salt n pepper. Beef gravy was salty. But compared to Canadian gravy it's awesome. I always sit at the bar so I know they get swamped with drink orders for the restaurant. Overall it was very good. I will visit again. 👍

Good food and a lovely place for family and friend get-togethers. This is our go to place .

Lovely. Clean. Good service. Blueberry muffin didn't have blueberries inside it. That was disappointing.

This place rocks! Came here tonight and didn't have to wait to be seated. Michelle was our server...we always look forward to having Michelle as our server because she always looks like she loves what she's doing and has a smile for us. She always greets us like we're old friends she hasn't seen in a while! And true to form she took great care of us! The manager delivered our food and instead of just dropping it off and running away she asked if we needed anything else and if we needed refills on our drinks!

The omelets are good except a little too much cheese. The strawberry lemonade is phenomenal. The sauce on the pasta was delicious, it had a great balance you could taste the cheese, tomato, and herbs. The butter milk spice muffins have walnuts butter milk, and cinnamon and a great texture. Blue berry muffins have a good amount of blue berries and they are light but filling.

We were told that we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated here at Mimi's Cafe but it seemed only a 15 minute wait and they seated us. The place was packed with wonderful aromas all about. Our server was so completely busy that another was kind enough to tend to us. She began with beverages and then took our orders. It wasn't long til the soup and main course followed. Mmmmm, my Turkey, cheese, Avacado and spinach sand was just delicious. Picture says it all ...

The food here was so delicious!! I came here with my family for breakfast and they seemed to really like the food here too. We will definitely be coming back. Also shoutout to our server Kelsey! She’s awesome!!
